My dog weighs has curly hair.
What's "has curly hair" in metric units?
How much does natural selection weigh?
I seem to remember that it weighs exactly the same as bias does. Perhaps you could remind us all of how much bias weighs. (Please use standard units of measurement and not the "has curly hair" scale, with which I am unfamiliar.)
I know, of course, that bias must have sufficient weight that it is not "nonsensical" to "attribute a cause and effect" to it, otherwise you would have been talking nonsense when you suggested that bias "has made this forum essentially irrelevant". But what you think that that weight actually is, in pounds or kilograms or even in having curly hair, temporarily eludes me.

How much does natural selection weigh?
Is 'philosophy' an adjective?
No. It is a noun.
How much does it weigh?
Is 'religion' an adjective?
No. It is a noun.
How much does it weigh?
Are you really so stupid as to think that all things have a weight?
(That is a rhetorical question - clearly you are that stupid.)
How much does a rhetorical question weigh?
Jesus wept - you are such a moron.

Try to see if you can be hip to this:
Lots of expressions get turned into nouns simply by virtue of people repeating them often enough that they become common vernacular in a language and thus are given a pseudo reality. LOL and OMG can now be used as nouns. Murphy's law is now in dictionaries as a noun.
Now here's where it gets trippy so you are going to have to let your mind breathe a little to grasp this. When a piece of buttered bread falls on the floor with the butter side down, Murphys Law didn't make that happen. Even if it happens that way every time. I know I know, this is wild ***, but here's the thing-Murphy's Law like doesn't exist man-can you dig that??
But but but, you say, how can it not exist? Its a noun, I read about it! Well, its just in another realm brother, the realm of imagination. Let it blow your mind, natural selection doesn't even exist. That's why it can't do anything, freak.

I would again suggest that you try to make your ignorance of grammar more relevant to the topic. For example, there is still the vexing question of whether, in your opinion, bias weighs has curly hair. This subject offers a wide scope for you to display both stupidity and illiteracy; if you also wish to be wrong about natural selection that would be a subject for another thread.

Re: hip like a zip
Let's take a look at this gem of a sentence. It starts with a capital letter and properly ends with a period:
"My dog weighs has curly hair."
my dog = adjective noun - the subject of the sentence. Yes....
then we get 2 (two), not 1 (one), but 2 verbs: "weighs" is the first one, so our brains are already anticipating things like "22 pounds" or "10 kilograms" or "heavily on my stress level" to be forthcoming in the sentence. - BUT NO! we get another verb, "has", meaning possesses or holds. The remainder, "curly hair", is clearly an arbitrary characteristic one might see in a sentence diagram following often-enough verbs like "has" to make the trio "has curly hair" seem to be a common ordinary chunk of english in and of itself. So what happened to "weighs"? It was purposely FUCKED OFF to make a cute (in the mind of the author) analog of what the author is thinking is going on in this forum. There is a good probability that the author feels in a very deep way that this is exactly what's been going on. The author might indeed be from a place far away like China! We must allow for that or a like possibility. Afterall, it would be of the utmost egregious error in all of us to attack someone who does not even have (see the word "has" above) the most basic of proper linguistic arms to raise up against the attack.
Think about it. The author went through some trouble thinking about this and came up with "My dog weighs has curly hair." This was the 1st of the examples Bolder-Dash came up with here. This was something actually thought out. I suspect an attempt at a purposeful word salad supreme here, not something like "Pilc edding wobbid nogull, tolc engwom toabeng charparth", no, using real english words to express what the opposing viewpoints were coming across to him were like. Like?
Like, I'm all, like, sat down on my butt, like, in the dark evening sky on the grass and going, like, WOW.
China! China? Might as well be.
...Suppose instead we try to divine what the author was really trying to posit here (again quoting):
"My dog weighs has curly hair."
Maybe this was an observation that "curly-haired dogs, of which I own at least one of, weigh more (possibly when WET) than other dogs or objects of similar characteristics"?
Or maybe his dog was merely named "weighs"??? (LOL)
Who knows. But it was fun.
If men are from Mars and Women are from Venus....then Creationists are from Pluto and Evolutionists are from Mercury??
Man! (and Woman!), we had better figure this problem out! Because when the aliens eventually do arrive and we still cannot figure each other out, we are going to have a MAJOR problem.

They are not nouns. They are general expletives.

That is because it is a noun.

Every word in every language is man-made.
All these words are man-made:
"It appears that you are a consummate moron."

If there is some specific incident where you see that I am being very impolite in stark contrast to the other very well mannered posters here, could you please point that out to me. Otherwise I don't have the faintest idea what you are talking about.
I didn't suggest that you were impolite where others were not. I said that if others are impolite to you, if you want to get as unbiased a response as possible, do not become impolite yourself and notify the moderators.
Further, if you want to show the bias, be impeccably polite and it will be clear as day who the biased assholes are.

How can Natural Selection not exist? That's news to, well every Biologist alive today. No offense but this statement is simply nonsensical, I honestly wouldn't have a clue where to begin correct this.
Are you suppose to be characterizing the ID/Creationism side of the debate on this website? Because you're certainly doing a bonnie job...*sarcasm*
Perhaps you should just casually discuss this issue rather than blast people with mis-characterizations? Just a thought.
I'll be back later perhaps, right now I have to go check Webster's for the words 'LOL' and 'OMG', warning: I could be a while.
