if evolution were true, that would mean that god's creations weren't perfect, because why would god make his creations imperfect? and if His creations weren't perfect, that means He isn't either, which just then totally shatters the existence of God. for waht is a god that is not perfect?

First, who's to say that the creation is not perfect? Since neither you nor I are God, we don't know what the proper standards are by which to judge.
Second, why should a perfect God necessarily create a perfect world?
Third, why should God be perfect?
