I used to go on twitter every now and then and rant about politics mostly. It always amazes me what is trending, usually some ignorant pointless drivel about somebody like Justin Beiber or Miley Cyrus. I truly believe there are far more morons in the world then we need.

LOL... I am a radio amateur and was just now talking to a friend about AJ, I started listening to him on shortwave along with a few other shows, Power Hour ect... years ago. I told my friend that AJ mixes enough half-truths into his shows to seem like he has a valid point, you just have to go deeper and research thing for yourself. Alex is self serving and is out to sell Alex, knowing that makes his rants more entertaining. When he does strike a note you feel is true is when you need to dig deeper.

(CBS) - Larry Flynt said on HLN's "Nancy Grace" Thursday night that he has offered Casey Anthony $500,000 to pose in Hustler magazine.
The pornography mogul told Jean Casarez, who was subbing in for Grace, that the half-million dollars would only a part of Anthony's payment. He explained that he would be willing to pay 10 percent of the profits to Anthony as well, if it were to go as viral as the trial, reports the Orlando Sentinel.
"She could make millions, more than's ever been discussed with her in any other possible interviews that she would be involved in," Flynt said reports the paper, referencing the alleged $1.5 million Anthony and her team are demanding for her first post-trial interview.
Anthony's team has denied the report saying it is "nonsense," reports CNN.
Flynt acknowledged that while there are still a lot of people that believe she is guilty of killing her daughter, there are still men who say, "'Hey, you know, I want to see her in her birthday suit.' So there may be some sick individuals ... but that's what life's all about."
Another side of Flynt's offer to Anthony, is to donate a portion of the profits to abused children and children's shelters, reports the Sentinel.

This is a prime example, IMO, of what kind of screwed up world we live in. I think she got away with murder and now she gets to potentially get rich from it? WTF I wish the media would just ignore this skank, well unless she is found dead.
Larry Flint offering to donate a portion of the money to abused children and children's shelters is a joke, IMO the only reason he is doing that is to try and put a positive spin on making a murderer potentially wealthy, wich will happen anyway soon as she writes an OJ type book.

I know she was found not guilty, our justice system performed the way it should, the prosecutors didn't convince the jury. My opinion is nothing but an opinion, I didn't follow the case as close as some so its probably less informed than some, nothing new there It still makes me sick though.

I think she is guilty, JMO and I hate to think she will eventually make a nice profit, not from Larry F maybe, but she will get paid by somebody, interview, book deal. If I felt she was wrongly accused and justice prevailed then it would be different. Opinions are often irrational and I guess to some mine is irrational as they come.
I should know better letting BS like this upset me with all that is truly disturbing going on in the world, one might say my post is a good representation of what the OP was talking about to begin with. Worrying about BS in the face of potential financial crises.
