The song is bigger than the picture, but here someone has attempted to put pictures on an interesting song from the 80's. What you think, is it moving?

Only Smoke and Ashes
Sorry to hear that frako.
I occasionally go and sit on the bench beneath the shade of the memorial tree that we planted for my brother. The joints always taste sweeter there.

Plugging my radio show
For anyone who might care:
It starts at 10:00 pm (U.S. central time) tonight, Saturday, 10/29. For you of far off time zones, that's about 8 hours and 10 minutes from now. I do that time-slot only the last Saturday of the month.
This is a playlist for the show (assuming I got the link correct). You probably won't be able to see it prior to show time:
http://www.publicbroadcasting.net/kumd/guide.guidemain?ac...
If that doesn't work, there will be audio and playlist links at Site not found · DreamHost.
A variety of audio links are at Site not found · DreamHost.

Bumpity bump.
Moose now on the air. See previous message for links.
The entire playlist isn't downloading properly. Hopefully it will eventually work right. All the tune start times are entered.

Re: Plugging my radio show
Just saw this. Hate I missed it. I have KUMD setup to stream on Media Monkey. Please send a reminder nextxt week. I have a friend that used to do a show on KUMD around 1990-1992 time frame. When I move back up to Douglas County I will be to get it in the car again. Yippee. I have discovered a lot of music listening to KUMD.

Nothing beats a bit of Rush.
This is a piece of music that comes to mind as soon as I read the thread. Coming from a Northern Irishman it never fails to touch me as a true representation of recent Northern Irish history. I browse the forum often and, as you can see, rarely post but just thought I would share.

a song the 99% should listen to
more then 200 years ago stories tell us
our grandparents where very nervous
If they where missing anything, or something was not right
Like trough a pig they would ram a stake trough the count
They took from him everything that any worth
ate and drank all the meat and wine in his cellar
They left the countess standing
To see their way home they burned down the castle
Now they say we should not do such things
Because we live in civilized times
Where you dont have to work if you know how to run your mouth
If your working like an animal you have to shut your mouth
I am, one would say an unqualified farmer
Like any farmer i have a lot of patience
I am getting nervous i cant help myself
Its not my fault i have such ancestors
In me the rebellious spirit is awakening
I see allot of bastards who eat my bread for free
They never do nothing, except make shit from bread
You wait, wait the golden middle ages will come back
One time when that golden time arrives
Dont worry ill know what tools to find
I have modernized i dont have an ax no more
but even with a chainsaw i can cut a head away

Christianity, One woman's lie about an affair that got seriously out of hand
