Re: Set your own prices.
Absolutely stealing, or you could call it cheating, but no way is it bargaining.

Re: fraud
Only someone totally without an morality and deserving of nothing but contempt could possibly say "Yes, but mine is petty, so it’s no biggie."
Sorry Charlie but you are just a common criminal.

Maybe Artemis Entreri is simply a habitual liar and not a common criminal
It is possible that you are not simply a common criminal and instead your posts are just lying and trolling.
Maybe you do not do the things you have claimed to do in this thread, that's not an unusual behavior of sad little kids that are seeking attention.
In either scenario you do deserve our pity and I hope you help from a professional psychologist and psychiatrist.

Re: Who doesn't steal?
Depends on where you live. In the US, that would not be a taxable sale unless your neighbor sold wood as a profession.

Re: Who doesn't steal?
If it is illegal it would likely be tax evasion.
Tax evasion is no more moral than theft or fraud or assault or any other crime.

Re: Who doesn't steal?
Sorry but that seems to be simply a cop out, a sophomoric attempt to say that "My crime is not a bad as it could have been".
It is also just plain silly to say that any illegal act is comparable to a legal act.
Yes, illegality and morality do not go hand in hand, but in your example one act is clearly illegal.

Re: Who doesn't steal?
If it is illegal it is a crime.
Yes, the behavior of the Bank of Canada may not be moral, but it is legal.

Make up your own definition.
Amazing how you can make up your own definitions to justify behavior.

Re: Who doesn't steal?
Yes. And both were eventually change to be illegal, well the former is kinda illegal and something like the Holocaust is illegal if you lose.

Re: Make up your own definition.
When you don't pay taxes due there is a victim. It was also YOU that said we should assume that the act was illegal.
It does not matter what you consider right or wrong, if it is illegal then it is a crime.
It really is that simple.

The state and federal government it seems.
And it is still a crime.

Re: Make up your own definition.
Well, no, it does not require a victim. If it is illegal by definition it is a crime.
It really is that simple.
But the reasons people steal are complex; they may believe it is a victimless crime, covered by insurance, that they deserve what is stolen, they might even have a valid reason to steal; to save someones life, to save their life.
