I was born gay, but then Jesus converted me and now I am straight.

thanks man
I lurk at least twice a week, there just hasn't been much to comment on. a lot of the other forums are like one long thread and a bunch of threads from months ago, and its hard to jump in on page 32 of a topic that has been going on for a month. I am around, I just don't post that often. There are only a few people I can stand to communicate with and if you and them aren't posting, I just lurk and wait.

A Second-grader's Dream
Since this beast has been resurrected, I suppose I can chime in. I wasn't a member when the thread was started.
I remember being in second grade. There were two girls who I hung out with exclusively.
The things we would talk about... some grown folk don't even discuss.
Not that we had a clue in hell what we were saying; but we liked saying it nonetheless.
The point is: I may have been exhibiting the precursors to what would be my adult-aged heterosexuality, but I would be lying if I said that I 'knew' what any of it meant at the time. I didn't 'know' I was straight, but I didn't know what 'straight' was.
I think the same could be said of folk who claim they 'knew' they were gay. It's just not likely that they actually did, and it is rather time for folk to admit that growing up is what it is.

Re: A Second-grader's Dream
I feel like I can remember the exact summer - between seventh and eighth grade - that girls stopped being the approachable friends that I was on generally better terms than with my male classmates (I liked their games better) and became alien creatures that it took me three years to learn how to talk to, again. If I recall correctly this was associated with an enormous change in my height.
That this was heterosexuality never seemed to be in doubt, I guess. I have little trouble believing that the same thing happens to gay people, too. Maybe not every one, and maybe it comes with a substantial amount of self-denial in some cases, but there was just nothing voluntary about sexuality "kicking in", and nothing ambiguous or obscure about it. I immediately knew exactly what I wanted to do with, and to, my female classmates. Prior to that, the notion of sex - the mechanics of with I was introduced to by an Osborn book on reproduction and pregnancy - was something I was completely indifferent to. Nothing but an example of adults being weirdos. The boundary for me was just incredibly sharp, I guess. I don't believe my experience is universal, but I'm here to tell you that as soon as sex was imbued with its strange and terrible power to hold my interest, I knew immediately who I would want to have it with.

Re: A Second-grader's Dream
Im not sure that "being attracted to someone" is the same as wanting to have sex with them.

It's called "playing doctor." We don't seem to freak out when it's boys and girls doing it.
And if the straights can do it at 5, why not the gays? This is a common problem among those who are stuck in the primacy of heterosexuality: When straight people do it, it's completely normal and expected. When gay people do it, it's perverted and aberrant. We don't get to have it both ways. All the talk we put on kids about having a "boyfriend" or "girlfriend" applies to gay people, too.
Is it at the same level of sexualization that adults have, of course not. But they understand what's going on.
So why can't gay kids have the same understanding?

This explains a lot
What, that you are incapable of detecting secondary sex characteristics? Do I really look like a 9-year-old girl? Certainly when I was in college and had very long hair, I would sometimes be mistaken for a woman from behind, but you'd think the beard would be a giveaway.
Is there something you're trying to tell us, Phat?

You can tell me, "Yeah, I fell for the stupidity of trying to insult somebody by insinuating he's gay. I'm sorry. I'll try to grow up."
I mean really...how many years have y'all been sniggering? Is there a reason why you can't seem to stop speculating about where it is I put my penis? If you want to ask me out, then just do it. Stop trying to rile me up. There's a fine line between "pushy bottom" and "dickwad." If you're trying to get me to treat you like the sub you really wish to be, I can understand why you'd want to try and piss me off so I'll be that much more into putting you in your place. But in the end, I will not be giving it to you in the end. Your pathetic attempts to anger me only make me pity you.
And I don't do pity fucks, no matter what sex the person I fuck is.

You're one of the gays, Peter Pan, it's easy to tell. Only a queen would react like a drama queen as you have from Phats single comment.
Maybe you can talk to Jesus, it helped AE. He's a real man's man now that Jesus taught him, aint no thang like pussy.

And the coward raises his head, I see. The man who does everything he can to remind everyone that he's obsessed about my dick to the point of spouting his fantasies of me working his ass over in threads that I'm not even participating in has decided to jump in.
Onifre, sweetie, honey, baby, pussycat, it just ain't gonna happen. No matter how much you beg, no matter how desperate you get, I am never going to give you the release you need. I know that upsets you. I know that you start to drip every time you start thinking about my cock and what you wish I would do to you with it. But the more you talk about my sex life all the while you crow about your superiority, the more we all see just how bad you've got the jones for my DNA in your ass.
Until you learn to respect your sexuality, until you can understand that your obsession with someone else's sex life will never lead to him consider you in the way that you want, you will always be on the back end of your own happiness. You're never going to be able to be content with yourself until you stop letting my penis control your life.
Can you do that, my child? Can you bring yourself to stop being so fixated on where I put my dick?
