There is a password recovery method in the "Forums Help" pull down menu (there does not seem to be a way for me to supply a direct link).

You need to enter your e-mail address there, and your password will be e-mailed to you, at that address. This, however, would not work if you no longer use that e-mail address.

Thank you for your honesty about posting under a second name, but it would probably be best that you continue with your original name.
