Automatic Signature Removal

I wonder if this is possible, but I was thinking it would be somewhat neat to have a feature that automatically disables someone's signature if their signature would make up 25% or more of the total text in a post.It's quite annoying when people quote entire novels for signatures and then make posts of only a sentence or two and most of the text you sift through in a thread is just people's ridiculously long signatures.Just a thought I had, though...
