Does anybody use a specific room in the chat. or is it just empty atm?

chat is still empty
It may be the dreaded timezones,but I've yet to see speak anybody on chat.

And just to confirm: does everybody use the ''chat lobby'' or do I need to do something else after logging on? And why is the chat still displayed as empty in the chatting now bar while I'm logged on? Still being implemented I guess.
