Funny, you seem to know an unusual group of Christians. Most of the ones I know do not behave like that at all. Or maybe I'm just lucky.

By the way, Smartalec, you may have managed the impossible here. You seem to be offering something that both the creationists and the "scientists" can agree on.

Actually, to tell the truth (which I just realized when rereading my original post when people started complaining about it), I wrote part of the paragraph which started this whole thing, and one of my "freinds" (with an ignorant attitude such that he may have written the email which started off this thread) emailed it back to me with his own added stuff. It was the only copy I had and I posted it just then without realizing he had altered it. I reread it as soon as people started complaning about things in the paragraphs which I never remember writing. I apoligize for any inconvenience I have caused, and as you may have already guessed, I know some very ignorant people.

Everyone knows it is a theory, but only the people who read and understand the literature know that the 'theory' of evolution is there to explain the observable fact of evolution.He probably never answered your questions because he realises that, since you are unaware of the basics, there would be no point in answering them.Brian.

Messenjah, since you are using terms like micro and macro perhaps you could point us to the definition.Also we have asked a number of creationists to point to the magic in the genes that somehow draws this line between macro and micro but, sigh, no one seems to be able to supply even a wild guess.You are probably aware that various creationists accept an enomous amount of extraordinarily rapid evolution. The degree that some of them accept involves the appearance of not just new speices but new genera as well. This appearance happens in a couple of thousand years too!!!!If you think you have a solid base of "research" behind you to support your micro yes, macro no post then you might be a bit disappointed if you try to find that support.
