Re: Karl Marx and Obama
It's indisputable proof that Karl Marx was an American - he has his hand on his gun.

Re: Karl Marx and Obama
And in the mid-70's a German humor magazine, Pardon (kind of like our National Lampoon), showed why Marxism is so popular with a drawing of the Marx Brothers: Groucho, Harpo, Chico, and Karl.

A little humor...
Barack was speaking with his handlers:
BHO: Guys, um, there is, um, a lot of stuff, um, in my past.
Handlers: Don't worry, Barry, we can cover up where you're from.
BHO: Can ya?
Handlers: Dammit Barry, we told you... HAWAII!

This is exactly the stereotype that many people have of righties; that they tell each other birther jokes. I image that in a room full of lefties and righties this joke would produce lots of guffaws, but half the people would be laughing at the other half of the room.
I suppose I am also proving the point that Libs don't laugh when it is their ox that is the butt of xenophobic, race-baiting jokes. So be it.

Under a government which imprisons any unjustly, the true place for a just man is also in prison. Thoreau: Civil Disobedience (1846)
The apathy of the people is enough to make every statue leap from its pedestal and hasten the resurrection of the dead. William Lloyd Garrison.
Choose silence of all virtues, for by it you hear other men's imperfections, and conceal your own. George Bernard Shaw

An interview with a LEGEND
Disregard what seems like a fat gut. The camera adds many, many pounds.
This is when the pot-cookies that I ate kicked in as you can tell by the giggling...

How many cameras were you hiding under that t-shirt?
I watched the whole thing, you got high and silent pretty quick. You started out pretty good though. You were better than the hosts of the show.
Fashiontip: You're too fat to wear shorts like that.

There were at least 3 under there. Good catch; it's cameras under there NOT fat.

First part was about me, but after that I had to let them do their thing or I'd honestly take over the show...which I've done before at other radio shows. They don't like that. So I just chimed in every now and then.

CAMERAS!!!

The Artist

I'm working on a role where I have to be that disgustingly heavy. I'm not proud of having to give up my abs and slimmer figure. But I sacrifice whatever it takes for this art.
But for the rest of you fatties, get to the gym. I'm an artist, the rest of you are NOT.

A bit surprised you didn't mention Redd Foxx, or Lewis Black. Have you ever met Lavell Crawford or Paul Mooney? Terrific interview Oni.

I've actually thought about the question since that interview. I was caught off guard with the question and didn't really put much thought into it and went with the traditional one's. But Carlin and Pryor didn't really directly influence me, although I love both of their comedy.
If I had to do it over:
-Bill Hicks
-Louis CK
-Eddie Murphy
-Brian Regan
Red Foxx I only knew from Sanford and Son, which I loved. But never really listened to his stand up. Lewis Black I like but he's not a big influence.
Have you ever met Lavell Crawford or Paul Mooney?
Watched them perform at clubs but never formally met them.
Terrific interview Oni.
Thanks dude

Re: An interview with a LEGEND
I thought this part was really funny!
http://youtu.be/0-Tzd_01koU?t=11m8s
For those who won't watch, they were checking out the new Call of Duty game and who the "bad guys" are. One of the last ones was fighting terrorists in the middle east and some sensitive folks got a little pissy about it. The latest ones is in the future and we're back to fighting russians. Oni's all: "Yeah, lets go back to killing white people so nobody get offended" I lol'd.
I was dissappointed that you don't game more. Especially admitting that you can't handle the first person shooters. Granted, it takes a lot of time to get good enough to survive and I suppose you have better things to do.

What's In a Name?
I play chess online under the same username that I have here.
So I was playing some random player and after ten minutes of silence the guy says,
"Dogmafood eh?"
I replied, "Yeah I brought it with me from another site for a tournament. Its a long story."
We play in silence for another 15 minutes or so and then he says...
"Are you Catholic?"
