I am trying to post a youtube video and don't know how. I tried the peek version on peoples posts and it was extremely complicated. Surely you don't have to type all of that in?

Here are two videos expressing very different musical tastes of mine. They certainly are not all encompassing of all of my musical tastes:
Youtube won't let me upload my other video which was "I disappear" by Metallica.

Re: Post-Napster fags
they revealed their shitty corporate side.
Music is music, everybody has their own tastes. How can music be corporate? What does that even mean?

One of my all time favorites. I guess this is corporate too, whatever that means.

Re: Post-Napster fags
Do you believe in copyright laws? Copying stuff and playing it when you could have paid for it is stealing. Now, if you copy music that has advertising you have to listen to before you hear it, that isn't stealing since the musicians get paid for the advertising. Other "I disappear" what other songs by Metallica after the black album were shitty? I know some people did not like the black album because it wasn't the same style of music as before. "nothing else matters" is another of my favorite songs that I believe is from the black album.

Re: Post-Napster fags
I'm sorry; I just don't get it. Musicians have a right to be paid for the music they produce if people are going to listen to it. If you are copying the music for yourself without paying for it and without the musicians getting advertising revenue, then you are stealing from the musicians. That seems pretty straightforward to me. Are you saying that listening to youtube recordings of music is stealing from the musicians?

Why does it matter if he was sitting by a pool at his california mansion?

Re: Post-Napster fags
It seems to be only obvious to you and your fellow travelers here. It is one of philosophical difference that makes me stick out like a sore thumb here. I believe people have a right to earn however much they want to and that it is none of our business what they do with that money. You obviously hate the fact that someone owns a mansion and a pool and I could care less.

Re: Post-Napster fags
I am not the one who brought up corporate music. I wanted to know why onifre felt that way and what he meant by it. He explained it and I told him why metallica had a right to be that way. If you are going to complain to me about being offtopic then share that blame with everyone who keeps arguing the point with me.

I honestly cannot tell when they do this. The music still sounds great. In some cases, it sounds better in my opinion.

Finally, someone gives me a clear meaning of what it is to be putting out "corporate music". Is "Till it sleeps" corporate music? It is pretty emotional to me and speaks to me emotionally. What does it matter if they are not making music from "their" hearts but, instead are speaking to "our" hearts collectively?

The video for that one did not do a good job of showing the emotion of the song.
I like the energy they put into this remake of Bob Segers, more importantly, this video makes me sick to my stomach as far as the reality it portrays.
