Spill on aisle four.
This Message 1 stuff doesn't belong here. Perhaps Mr. k could use a little instruction on how to propose topics.

Under a government which imprisons any unjustly, the true place for a just man is also in prison. Thoreau: Civil Disobedience (1846)
The apathy of the people is enough to make every statue leap from its pedestal and hasten the resurrection of the dead. William Lloyd Garrison.
If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and deprecate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground, they want rain without thunder and lightning. Frederick Douglass

In the thread Age Correlations and An Old Earth, Version 2 No 1 I felt heckled by Dr Adequate. In posts 229, 232, 244, 246 he had very little significant to say from a scientific point of view, and many accusations. I thought this was against forum rules and am surprised there was no moderation there.

And I thought that mindspawn had nothing significant to say from a scientific point of view, but it never crossed my mind to complain to the moderators about it.

Seems to be a lot a validity in the complaint

CoolBeans
CoolBeans would be better engaging the comments in the threads he has started and stop proposing new threads.
He has been seriously taken to task in the C14 threads, and I'm waiting for some substantive replies.
Instead it looks like he is just proposing new threads in which to be wrong.

He has said a couple of times that he doesn't agree with the claims, so I don't think we can say he is wrong, per se.

Now that is something I can completely agree with.
You spent the time posting a detailed response; he replied with: "Cool."

To Coyote, Panda
Thanks for the comments. We were already a little concerned that Coolbeans may be more interested in topic proposals than discussion, it's good to know that perception is shared. My own leaning is to let his two open proposals sit until he displays more of an inclination toward discussion in his other threads.

Cocktaithls for mathuuma..mmmathuumatithons.
I just want to know, can I get really sloppy, silly, drunk, trying to drown all the demons in my head of my past religious torturing that only seems to sleep when I cover them with vodka and chocolate yohoo; and then while I am drooling over my keys, using a sort of typewriter lisp, can I spit all over my computer calling out all the pathetic lying, silly little pansy idiots on this forum-and then get suspended for just 24 hours-which gives me just enough time to wring the urine out of my Barney the dinosaur pajama bottoms with the big "A" embroidered on them, and dry them out in time to come back tomorrow?
Or do I need to call myself a doctor first, so I can get a special dis-compensation? Just curious.

Re: Cocktaithls for mathuuma..mmmathuumatithons.
I take it that this was meant to be incoherent ravings about me, since I'm the only mathematician who participates on this forum.
Very well then. I will not even try to disabuse you of your halfwitted fantasies. Instead, I will point out that if your daydreams are true, then you regularly get schooled by a guy who is so far drunk that he pisses his pants.
Of course, this is not even slightly true, it is merely one of your hallucinations. But let us suppose that it was true. Then what would that say about you?
You should choose your hallucinations more carefully.

onifre started it
I just want to point out that oni started it.

I have no idea either, but I must agree with Omni. It's your fault and you should man up.
