I think you're mixing up passports and visas. One passport will do for everywhere, but different countries require different visas.You don't need a visa for Belgium unless you're staying more than three months, which you're not.The same applies to the Ukraine, you will need a visa if you're staying more than 90 days, you don't say, otherwise you won't. Also you need valid health insurance however long you're staying.
