Sorry that I haven't posted in this forum for some time. I have been extremely busy with college and busy talking with my new girl friend from ukraine. I know you guys will think I am crazy but all of the risk is on her. She is paying her own way down here. All I have to do is pick her up at the airport. She even wants to help me by working when she gets here. I told her I was flat broke and she doesn't care. If anyone wants to see what she looks like just PM me.

Believe me, I have wanted this so badly for such a long time. I would never jeopardize it by being a dick.

She loves science fiction as a matter of fact. She ponders all kind of pop science topics.

Just to keep everyone up to speed, my unkrainian girlfriend is coming in two weeks. She was finally released from her job and allowed to go to america. She needs help from me though in telling her which airport to go to and which airline. I figure any airline is best if you buy two weeks in advance. I also figure New York City's airports would probably be the cheapest even though it will mean a long commute for me to pick her up.

Finally, I will be arriving in kiev, Ukraine on the 14th of December. My passport should be here shortly. I have a changeover in brussels belgium. Do i need to have that country on my passport book as well as ukraine. I also have a flight from kiev to the crimean penninsula. I'm not sure I understand the politics of it but I read that crimea is run somewhat independently from the mainland. I hope they don't require a seperate passport as well.

I would rather not say. Those hoodlums you linked to confirmed what my girlfriend said about young men in ukraine. I'm not saying they are killers, but it does confirm their lack of empathy and self control and likely lack of a well paying job. Young women are much more successful than young men there.

I have made preparations for all those things you mentioned. I just wasn't sure about the belgian passport thing.

I was thinking of sending a message from her flat when i get there but i dont think it would be a good idea that she knew i was talking about her on a public forum. I will let her know about the incredible amount of distrust people have for foreign women on these sites. I already told her she is the last time i am taking a chance since i already got burnt on this first lady who promised to come but never did.
