I agree with PaulK, that you should have summarized and given a link.

As to whether to remove. I'd say that what's done is done. So let it be, unless there is a copyright complaint.

The lack of a summary is a problem for initiating a discussion. GDR should at least let us know how much of the position he adopts for himself.

Waiting for a copyright complaint puts the site owners in a somewhat awkward legal position. I am not Percy's attorney, but one step that site owners might take to avoid problems with user posted stuff is to make sure they are DMCA compliant, something that it does not appear to me has been done. Doing so is a reasonable easy undertaking. You could find the steps for doing so using an internet search. You could also find a link to the safe harbor provisions of the DMCA on Wikipedia.

This is of course not legal advice, but a general discussion of my impressions after reading GDRs post. I'll add that that the content includes quite bit of tripe. I would not put a copy of it on my refrigerator.

Under a government which imprisons any unjustly, the true place for a just man is also in prison. Thoreau: Civil Disobedience (1846)

I have never met a man so ignorant that I couldn't learn something from him. Galileo Galilei

If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and deprecate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground, they want rain without thunder and lightning. Frederick Douglass
