And an equally strong depression/sadness you experience if you are left or it is unrequieted. So be careful!

Welcome and peace to you iftikhar.
Say, if this is actually a hypothesis, then you should be able to refute it. You say that this 'sense' is 1) uncontrollable; 2) uncurable; 3) unpredictable. So I guess the test would be to 1) control it; 2) cure it; 3) predict it. If you can do all three then congrats, you have just refuted the hypothesis!

I don't know about the first two, but the one thing I know about love is that it is entirely predictable.
Take anyone you know that seems to fall in love a lot. If you're noticed them do this then you've surely already noticed a pattern of who they fall in love with. It's generally the same kind of person, and it's usually a person similar to adults who had a major formative influence on their childhood (good or bad.) Also they tend to be people from groups we either consider ourselves a part of or wish we were a part of.
We generally only fall in love with people who already make us confortable. The people who makes us comfortable are generally the people most like the adults that we knew growing up (parents, etc.) Ergo, etc.
There's little more predictable than love. Sure, it might not seem so when you're in it - the time and place is up to chance, really - but the subjects of our loves are predicted by simple psychology.

That you need her
Tell'r, yeah Tell'r
Tell're right now!

Re: Right!
Well, for one remember that love is, chemically, quite similar to obsessive compulsive disorder, so watch yourself that you don't end up bothering her. Apart from that, the key is just to learn to sense whether there is a probability that she likes you too. If you think there is any chance, ask. Actually... ask no matter what, otherwise, your mind will keep torturing you about it Feel free to spend an hour or so thinking up how you want to say it, because it'll probably take you that long Otherwise, you can play the slow process of steadily dropping each other more and more hints, until one of you gets the courage to ask; that may take as much as weeks, depending on how timid you and she are.
Eventually, one person just ends up with the courage to ask It's better to get it out of the way sooner rather than later.

iftikhar, my friend, this is a very difficult question for us to answer for you. There are many details that are important to know if a good answer is to be given.
With the little information that I have, I will tell you to make this girl your friend first. If you become very good friends with her, then it would be appropriate to begin to talk of deeper love. This is only my opinion, of course.
In some cases, a girl can become very surprised by a man who tells her that he loves her but he obviously doesn't know her well. There is a chance that she will think that you don't understand love if you do it this way. However, this isn't always the case.
I have been in love with a girl before -- although we are no longer together. Right now I am courting another girl, however I would not say that we are "in love" quite yet. I prefer to develop a very familiar relationship with the girl so that I can have time to be certain that I truly love her.
