There's no doubt that gays are a minority. There is no doubt that they have been and still are discriminated against. These are simple facts. You are the one being arbitrary here.

You remember how businesses used to be able to refuse to serve blacks?You remember how there used to be separate drinking fountains for blacks?You remember how there used to be all kinds of laws that interfered with blacks being able to vote?You remember how blacks weren't permitted to buy houses in some parts of town?You remember how there used to be separate schools for blacks?You remember how some states had laws prohibiting blacks and white from marrying one another?All of these injustices have been reduced or eliminated because of the Fourteenth Amendment. Some people, such as yourself, would like to continue to perpetrate some of those very same injustices on gays. What are you talking about? The First Amendment does not allow public business to discriminate.And being unable to discriminate with your public business in no way affects your ability to practice your religion.

Blacks are a human race who deserve equal treatment. On the other hand, homosexuality is a Sin/Aberration. We don't give special rights to sins. We don't give special rights to pedophiles or prostitutes or cheats and liars and thieves and murderers: we TAKE AWAY their rights. All you've done is redefine a sin category into an Oppressed Minority category. That's called in the Bible "calling evil good and good evil" in Isaiah 5:20. This is what GOD says, and what YOU say doesn't count against what God says.

Businesses never had any First Amendment protections. Owners and employees of businesses are not free to inflict their personal religious prejudices on the general public. We don't give special rights to gays, either. We only give them the same rights everyone else has, the right to marry the person they love. You love to crow about what the bible says, and how so many other people's beliefs are non-biblical. Here's a question for you. Where in the bible does it say it's a sin to bake a cake for a gay wedding? Give me a quote along with chapter and verse.Also, in this country, we don't base our laws on what anyone's god says. That IS in the Constitution.

As a matter of fact US Law was based originally on Blackstone who based his commentaries on law as derived from the Bible.
