Of course it isn't, I live in a country governed by the rule of law. Somebody stealing from me does not empower me to then steal from them.

What I am discriminating against negatively are those that are not in my land.
And why do the ones within your borders get a free pass on discrimination? why is it ok to discriminate against people just cause they're not in your country?
