If none of the above suggestions help:

1. Start up your computer in Safe Mode.
​
2. Download Avira anti-virus or Kaspersky.
​
3. Run the anti-virus program.
​
I'm not completely sure what the problem you're describing is, since there aren't any screenshots, but it's possible your computer has been infected with a virus of some sort.
