Pretty intelligent of him to write in code instead of any language known to man. I don't think I could have written that.

Marjorie Holsten
While I'm at it, let me draw your attention to "conservative activist and homeschooling expert" Marjorie Holsten. She has some strong views on sex education. Basically, she's against it, becauseit'sa plot to produce Democrats:
If you go deep down and you connect those dots, you see that when children are desensitized to sexual things, that affects their ability at a later date to bond with a spouse. And so if you have somebody who can’t bond, they’re not going to have a stable marriage. When you have unstable, broken households, how do they vote? Democrat. So this has a very evil underlying intent.
But grudgingly she admits that children do have to learn something about the facts of life, so she suggests showing them guinea-pigs mating on the grounds that "you really couldn’t see anything." Which kinda deprives it of its educative value.

Jesus Take The Wheel
A 28-year-old woman in the city of Mary Esther, Florida, was cited for reckless driving and property damage after she reportedly decided to close her eyes and pray while she was driving eastbound on Marcia Drive. The unnamed woman failed to stop at a stop sign, went through an intersection and into the yard of a home on Miramar Drive where she crashed into someone’s home.
Hey, maybe it was a bad person's house.

Could there be any greater conceit, than for someone to believe that the universe has to be simple enough for them to be able to understand it ?

Lawyer says fugitive church leader might've been raptured
Well the title says it all.
"Whether his absence is based on absconding ... or whether he was taken and secreted against his will, or whether he experienced the miracle of rapture is unknown to counsel."

Note this takes place in England where it is understood they are batshit cray-cray!! *also note the gratuitous metal solos where someone is still basking in former hair band glory.
If one is going out in Rapture one might as well do it with panache.

Greg Watson
I don't know who made this meme, but a guy called Greg Watson posted it on the internet, so for now I'm going to blame him.
For this to be true, the eruption of Mount Etna must have released more gas into the atmosphere than there is gas in the atmosphere, as I discovered using a complex scientific technique called "multiplication" which is apparently beyond the grasp of climate denialists.

20 year anniversary of JonBenet Ramsey's murder.
I remember this case vividly and how absolutely strange the whole thing was. CBS had a 2 day special on going over the evidence and interviews. I never saw the Burke Ramsey interviews before now but must say he is a loon. Is it illegal to be looney? No.
Is it illegal to murder your sister because she ate a piece of your pineapple snack? Apparently not if your last name is Ramsey and you live in Bolder CO.

As I understand it, the DNA evidence has exonerated every member of the Ramsey family.
Or are you nominating yourself as Loony of the Week?

As I understand it, the DNA evidence has exonerated every member of the Ramsey family.
There is a new Benet family series on the tube. The reviews of the show indicate that the September 12th show casts doubt on the strength of the DNA evidence in part based on the limited number of markers used, and in part on the extremely poor control of the crime scene in the early part of the investigation. A judge did declare that the family was exonerated, but that declaration is without much merit.
The DNA that does not match the family is "touch" DNA rather than blood or body fluids from some perp. That kind of evidence might implicate someone, but it is dubious as evidence to clear any particular person or persons.

History will have to record that the greatest tragedy of this period of social transition was not the strident clamor of the bad people, but the appalling silence of the good people. Martin Luther King
I never considered a difference of opinion in politics, in religion, in philosophy, as cause for withdrawing from a friend. Thomas Jefferson
Seems to me if its clear that certain things that require ancient dates couldn't possibly be true, we are on our way to throwing out all those ancient dates on the basis of the actual evidence. -- Faith
