With the exception of his kids it seems that those around him will all be pretty well known politicians with long and public track records and certainly should be familiar figures to everyone.
It's very reassuring to see that the Trump administration will not just be continuing Washington insiders and more of the same.

The US has survived many anti democracy and anti human rights Presidents from Andrew Jackson who carried out one of the greatest examples of genocide and ethnic cleansing in history to Ike who authorized the overthrow of duly elected democratic governments to install dictators to Ronald Regan whose path to the White House involved cooperating with extreme Islam to keep Americans held hostage and financing and exporting terrorism world wide to Bush' authorization of Saddam Husein to invade Kuwait to total incompetent ones like Andrew Johnson and Harding.

Regarding what I would consider reasonable coverage.
IMHO the coverage for the US individual should be the same coverage the Congressmen want for themselves.

How about Ebell as transition person for EPA and Mary Jo White leaving the SEC?

In reference to MARC LAMONT HILL: Yawn.
What an utterly irrelevant remark that served no purpose other than attempt to misrepresent what Kareem Abdul-Jabbar actually said. There is a vast difference between telling people they cannot vote and saying maybe we should not encourage some folk to vote. Actually we should not encourage some folk to drive, do surgery, have children, vote ...

NN writes: Accordingly there is room for having a nuanced discussion about the issue of who should be encouraged to vote. I'd suggest changing the emphasis slightly. I think it's time to have a discussion about the issue of being a responsible citizen. Surely there is enough time in a basic education schedule to teach US born kids at least as much about the responsibilities of citizenship as we require from those applying for citizenship.

There is no left in the US today; only the far right and the totally batshit crazy.

You do keep making the claim that Islam is an evil ideology yet you never present any evidence to support that assertion.
Is there some reason (like the fact that no evidence for 3 million illegal voters is ever presented?) that you do not present evidence but only assertions?

Mod, how can you say such things when you live in a nation where a Muslim Despot has already taken over control of your largest city?

Texas has them and Georgia had them and IIRC I had one in Maryland, California and South Carolina. I can't remember about Arizona, North Carolina or the other states I lived in. All they do is tell you the precinct where your are registered to vote. At least in Texas during early elections you can vote at any early voting site but they did record that I had voted.

Faith writes: Is putting refugees in someone's property against his will a good application of eminent domain? It's certainly what Jesus tells us to do; you know, shelter the homeless, protect the weak, love thy neighbor, feed the hungry, clothe the naked ...

Nothing was stolen and to assert that is simply silly.
Jesus said we should honor those in authority. Jesus said we should do for others. I understand that the Christianity YOU market may be different but that does not alter the facts in this case. The State was using the States powers to help those who need help. Nothing was stolen and to make that claim is simply another lie.
