Yes, but Coyote is the one who quoted the Gateway Pundit in the first place. It was established by crank Jim Hoft and is a mainstay of the "alt" right and regularly publishes this kind of bigoted nonsense (birtherism, "voter fraud," etc. not to mention other racist and sexist commentary.)
So no, Coyote is not entirely blameless in this. Gateway Pundit is known to be a purveyor of racism and he decided to use them as a source.
Besides, if one is going to whine about California, Issa is right up there.
