Some conservatives have twisted their logic so far inside-out that they would claim the real victims of the Civil Rights movement were the persecuted white business owners who were no longer able to express their freedom to discriminate against people based on the color of their skin. We have reached a point in history where there are groups claiming that taking away peoples' rights is a right unto itself. Mix in a lack of self awareness and a non-functional irony meter, and you have the Alt Right movement.
