That's the point. It's called sarcasm.

I can read on my own computer but can't write. I am on my own computer now. It's hard to copy and paste a whole message letter by letter. I didn't mean to ask 'why were you posting the video' so much as 'why does the video exist'? As in 'Why on earth is the US congress grilling semi-celebrities on their social media accounts'?

Several right-wing-semi-celebrities claimed Facebook was censoring them. In today's Congress that's a guaranteed congressional investigation. Probably Obama's fault. Or Hillary, or both.
Facebook did send diamond and silk an "unsafe to the community" email, which Facebook claims was sent in error. It had no effect on their page, as you can see from my message above. Edited by JonF, : No reason given.

Does seem like it must be a liberal judge, yes. How does anyone have a "right" to attend White House press conferences? Makes no sense to me. They choose the attendees in the first place, surely they can rescind the invitation. And do you know that CNN has some huge number of press passes to the White House anyway? There is no need for Acosta to have one too.
And did you also know that Obama threw out someone who was being obnoxious? I saw it on Tou Tube a few days, ago, if necessary I'll try to dig it up. The guy in that case was truly being super obnoxious though, wouldn't stop talking. One thing about that Obama video I thought rather interesting was that during the ruckus and when Obama asked for the guy to be removed, the rest of the press corps raised their hands in worship shouting O-BAM-AH! O-BAM-AH! Far cry from the hostile group Trump has to face. Obama was treated like a god by his supporters. If you are looking for a formula for fascism that's a good place to start. Thank you for acknowledging that. But according to them they discovered the problem because they were not getting visitors to their page so it's not true it did not affect it. It was restored after they complained. Sent in error, ha!

That's the point. It's called sarcasm. Well, the Tijuana Mexicans who are protesting are also brown. That certainly isn't their objection to the migrants. This racism line is really getting old. Edited by Faith, : No reason given.

Did you read that? The caravan wasn't violent. The residents were. Well, some in the caravan did climb the border fence, shouting "Viva Honduras," which doesn't sound like eagerness to become American to me, but what do I know? They hate America and they are willing to crash our border, although in this case they turned back, I'm not sure if it was because of the military presence or what, and they are shouting the praises of the country they left in order to seek asylum here. I posted the video because it rather shocked me that the Tijuanans were so aggressively hostile to them. THEY sure aren't eager to take care of them. The whole country of Mexico doesn't want them, they send them on to us. Terrific. I'm praying my heart out for a sane, wise and nonviolent solution to this situation. I didn't mean to ask 'why were you posting the video' so much as 'why does the video exist'? As in 'Why on earth is the US congress grilling semi-celebrities on their social media accounts'? Sorry, I didn't mean that to be an answer to you, I thought the answer was in the quote box. I merely added that information to explain why my posting looks rather strange from my own computer. I can't edit easily so I included that entire message which normally I wouldn't do. Anyway, I don't know the story about how Diamond and Silk ended up in a hearing, but my main interest in posting that video was to demonstrate the attitude of their interrogator who kept insisting they were lying no matter how strenuously they showed that they weren't. Which I meant as an illustration of something the Left commonly does to me and others on the Right. Doesn't matter what I say about my own motivations I almost always get back something that twists what I said, a rather frequent one being something that starts with "in other words". I can say the most innocent thing and have an accusation of racism thrown in my face. Certainly that's how fake news is regularly manufactured against Trump too. All the time. I wish you guys would recognize what's going on here. Anyway that was the reason I posted that, which I mentioned some time back I had wanted to do but couldn't find the video at that time. UC Berkeley ‘Mob’ Demands Christian Student Senator Resign over Transgender Beliefs
Eighteen senators voted for the bill, and no senator voted against it. [Isabella] Chow abstained and then explained her vote, saying she opposes bullying and she loves all people, but could not support the resolution. As a Christian, I personally do believe that certain acts and lifestyles conflict with what is good, right and true, she said, according to The Chronicle. I believe that God created male and female at the beginning of time, and designed sex for marriage between one man and one woman. For me, to love another person does not mean that I silently concur when, at the bottom of my heart, I do not believe that your choices are right or the best for you as an individual. Students on social media labeled her a bigot, horrible person and a mental imbecile. More than 1,000 people signed a petition urging her to resign. And hundreds of students filled a follow-up senate meeting in which Chow’s position was the only item on the agenda, The Chronicle reported. A banner was hung in the meeting room that read, Senator Chow Resign Now. Students, one by one, spoke at a microphone about how her words endangered transgendered people. Only three people spoke out in support of her. One of those was Matt Ronnau, who said the mob that has descended upon Senator Chow ... is a disgrace to UC, which should be a place of debate. Most people on campus, though, oppose Chow. Her political party even ended its ties with her. The student newspaper urged her to resign and then refused to run a first-person column by her. She could have merely abstained, Regan Putnam, president of the Queer Alliance Resource Center, told the Chronicle. But she took it upon herself to go into this long dialogue, talking about marriage between a man and a woman, and shrouding hate in ‘love.’ Nobody asked her to explain her vote. Nobody who voted ‘yes’ had to explain their vote. Chow said she is frustrated and sad that Berkeley students are forced to live in a bubble, and we have to protect ourselves from anything that a vocal population deems to be offensive. Nothing new here. Standard fare at EvC for instance. Edited by Faith, : No reason given.

I agree with the Senator Chow. In fact, it is her job in that position to represent a set of views. I think her abstainence was just the right balance.
