I told you. Hunger pangs aren't that bad. Just drink plenty of water and it will go away. It's the emotional hunger that will get you to fail.
Perhaps this will help. You don't need to go on an extended fast right away. Try these 2 things to ease your body into an extended fast to minimize your emotional hunger.
(1) Work your way toward OMAD (one meal a day). You can start by not eating breakfast and wait till lunch. Once you're ok with that, skip lunch and don't eat until dinner. You can either aim for OMAD or intermittent fasting. Then eventually, you can skip a day. Then 2 days. Etc.
(2) Work your way out of picky eating. Don't deny this. Just don't. Every picky eater I have ever encountered deny they are picky. What do I mean by picky eater? From my perspective, if you can't eat just plain oatmeal with absolutely nothing else added to it, you are a picky eater. If you can't eat just plain brown/white rice with absolutely nothing else added to it, you're a picky eater.
I have found that most westerners for some reason are picky eaters. They absolutely have to add a ton of salt, oil, sugar, etc. to their food before they can eat it.
Your picky eating habits contribute a quite a bit to your emotional hunger. What is emotional hunger? It is you missing all that taste and texture in your mouth, on your tongue, etc. Emotional hunger is what causes people to keep eating even though they are full.
If you can do those 2 things, your chances of success in regard to extended water fasting will be a lot more than now.
If you say the word "gullible" slowly, it sounds like oranges. Go ahead and try it.
