The Left as a whole really is what's wrong with the nation and what's going to bring it down and destroy it forever if the Right doesn't rally. The Republicans aren't anything to be proud of these days either though.

Oh I do sometimes support the claim and thought I did now too. But let me list a few of the Leftist anti-American attitudes. Belief in socialism, which is contrary to how this country built its wealth and prosperity and will only destroy it. The current political attacks on a duly elected President which is a total failure of our formerly much admired "peaceful transition" and utter disrespect of the other half of the voting public. Sheer political hatred. As we on the Right knew, there was no Russian collusion and Mueller said so when his report was given to Barr. Of course the Left is now bending over backwards to try to prove that is false as if Mueller would have lied about his own report. So now we have claims that people in Mueller's office are saying the report is a lot worse than originally presented. It will never stop. There was no collusion and no obstruction of justice but they are going to claim there was until the public is so convinced they manage to bring down Trump. Fake news is Leftist mo, any kind of insinuation completely made up will do. There is no more free press in America, it's all social activism, pure politics in service of the Left. Their willingness to let the country be overrun by aliens is destructive, all for political gain. They want to destroy the electoral college which was one of the Founders' insurances against such political manipulations. They have no respect for free speech except their own free speech. There are plenty of good people on the side of preserving our historical heritage, and erasing it also suggests something along the lines of soviet communist censorship. However, he was not referring to white supremacists, only to those who want to preserve our historical heritage which includes millions of Americans. Robert E. Lee was no Hitler. To make such a comparison is to be a Class A ignoramus. I think he was a friend of Lincoln's too IIRC, and I don't think he even supported slavery but he fought for his homeland as he should. They were honorable people in those days.

Comparing any American leader to a Nazi is beyond disgusting.I read up on Lee. Turns out he didn't like memorials and the statue of him was put up after his death by white supremacists. For that reason I would be happy to see it come down, but not because of anything in his character that deserves to be expunged from history. Mueller would have corrected anything in Barr's statement that didn't fairly represent the conclusions of his report. The way Barr's statement is twisted is just typical Leftist idiocy.
