It means that there 60% of the people on the list there didn’t need to be investigated. The rest are still in question, but nothing is proven yet.

The report has not been released yet and there is no reason to think that it proves that there was no collusion. Barr would certainly have made stronger remarks than he did if that were the case.And we certainly can’t be sure that there isn’t evidence that was not available to Mueller.Not to mention that Trump might well want to suppress even evidence of the Russian support for his campaign.

The protestors at Charlottesville were the “Unite the Right” rally. Organised by a White Supremacist. Packed with assorted flavours of White Supremacist. And Trump took their side over the counter-protestors. That is absolutely clear.

Were there? Please provide evidence other than “Trump said so”. And if they were please explain why these supposedly good people would willingly ally with White Supremacists.

From what I’ve read even the Proud Boys kept away. Associating with open neo-Nazis was too much even for them. Which proves my point, really. Any people wanting to preserve the statue for purely historical value - and not because it’s the statue of a racist famous for fighting for slavery - would stay well away from the “Unite the Right” crowd.

Trump was clearly talking about the Unite the Right rally. We know that he tried to blame the violence on the left (which wasn’t true) - that’s on the video. And that alone shows him taking the side of the White Supremacists.We also know that the Unite the Right rally was organised by a White Supremacist and included people who were openly Nazis. We do not know that there was anybody interested in simply preserving the statue for historical value. Nor does there seem to be a good reason for any such people to get involved in this particular protest - but there were good reasons for them to stay away.
