Naw. I have nothing to say against those who decide they need to leave, I feel I have my duty to do what I can to try to make things a little better. Even if those efforts are miniscule.- You see? This is what I'm talking about - this is the way it's supposed to work. You have beliefs, I have beliefs. You try to convince people you're right, I try to convince people I'm right, You try to keep an open mind and be prepared to admit you're wrong, I try to keep an open mind. In the meantime, you do what needs to be done to keep our elected officials in line, I do the same. In the end, we vote.You certainly are free to move to siberia if you want, but I haven't yet lost faith (not completely) in the democratic process.

Started a movie on Netflix, it calmed me down, nothing to do with goings-on here. More of the same from the Leftists will get more of the same from me.

There has never been such a divide in this country as now exists with the seething hatred of Trump on the Left, the vicious lies against him and against those of us who voted for him. It is more likely to destroy the liberal democratic republic than be mitigated by it. The behavior o the Left is far beyond anything we've ever seen before. I'd argue the Civil War, with traitor/slavers like Robert E. Lee leading the charge, was surely as hateful & divisive as what we are experiencing today.Your mileage may vary, I suppose, but I think over 600,000 dead is devastating.

And don't get me started on the bitter struggles between the Hamilton Federalists and Jefferson Republicans in the half dozen years on either side of 1800! I'm amazed that civil war didn't break out at that time!

And the Presidential campaigns of the early 19th century. Think of what they could have done with modern capabilities.Trump still takes the cake, though.
