Trying to wrap my mind around ice that is black and hot. Me neither. Although I think there is a hockey or stripper joke in there somewhere.  The graphic below demonstrates the concept and how it relates to pressure and temperature:
Still can't conceptualize it that easily. But ultimately, it just proves how cool science is!
