Assuming that demons exist and that they are antiChristian, how do we know that this nutcase website that you propose is any holier?

Does the Bible attract Trolls or does it enable them?
I'm not getting on his case for bringing up demons. That's a whole nother topic for a whole nother day.
I'm challenging his warped concept of attacking the Bible as satanically inspired by quoting what to me looks like an uninspired source of his own. In all likelihood, celestialGyoud is little more than a troll.
Now your assertion that one's brain chemicals can and do become unbalanced, thus spinning incredulous yarns of assertions regarding spirituality and a basic belief in the supernatural over the more rational and sane view which secular humanism espouses is a valid concern, and I myself will likely become a prime target. lets carry on in the name of science, logic, reason, reality, and the actual magic of belief.

Quite likely you are right, Pressie. My brain has been adversely affected by several chemicals lately. One of them is Phentermine, a diet pill prescribed by my Doctor. It has likely fried my synapses and made them over-reactive. I can't really blame Jesus or Satan for the chemicals which I consume, now can I?
Another supplement taken lately that may have had an effect is Phosphatidylserine. Not only that, but my coffee consumption has increasd lately. I think I need to exercise and lay off the stimulants.

One Truth..Many Beliefs
Allow me to add my 2 cents....
doctor wise1 is saying one must question (to ascertain and verify) rather than accept what is shoved down one's throat by the doctorates and theologians of the religions.
Actually, the good Doctor is David. We have a Doctor Adequate, who is usually more than adequate. I believe he accepts Medicare. And for the record...yes. I agree that we should always question and test what we believe. Beliefs are relative. Truth isn't.
Spiritual growth requires you to choose between truth and lies.
I fully agree. And one must be awarte of false teachers that present lies as truth and twist the truth to their own (or their demons) agenda.
But if you know that the truth is one then you will ask a question whose correct answer is Yes or No, based on evidence that must be provided.
The truth is One in the sense that we are talking Trinitarian Monotheism rather than Monism or Dualism, but there really is only one God. The adversary was allowed to exist only due to Gods will and purpose, but there is no Yin vs Yang apart from in our minds. Both is not an answer either. Nor is relative truth. If i burst anyone's bubble, my apologies.

Paul, I think you are conflating what ICANT believes and says versus what The Golden Child says. We all know that ICANT is conservative Protestant. Im not sure what the Golden Archangel is, but it is likely a fringe cultic offshoot of the R CC tradition. Or he is simply fully deluded and occultic.

If the books and translations are largely demonic, how would we ever be able to arrive at confirming our belief in One? And is MY One YOUR One?
I will say it again right now...My One is The Creator of all seen and unseen whose son is Jesus (who actually represents Gods character) and that according to Acts 4:12 there is no other name in the running. ICANT likely agrees with me. I will be interested to hear your response. I know what the liberal elitists will say...but they never had One to begin with.

Re: The truth is only one
Perhaps you can tell me where GoldenLightArchangel says that the Pope is God or approves of changes made to the Bible?
By golly you are right!
I couldn't imagine ICANT saying that...it appears he was being sarcastic. Often we protestants read into Roman Catholicism that they see the Pope has Gods representative on earth whereas we believe that (The Representative is) the Holy Spirit rather than the holy see.

1) A character in a book written by "them"?
2) Or are you in fact narrating the book and expecting people to swallow what you say hook line and sinker? Because the fact remains that you too are peddling the book. And nobody is listening.

RINGOS Merry-Go-Round
What you are possessed by is your own fear of a world with no Daddy.
I can serve and volley this argument all day. What *you* are possessed by is the possibility that you do have a Daddy who is over your own ego and intellect. It sure isnt me....we both know that! And it isnt jar...though he thinks his logic, reason, and reality itself gets him closer to a GOD whom he has no idea as to the scope of or personal relationship with.
See...to you guys GOD is at best an armchair philosophical concept invented by humans and can be thrown away and examined as a discarded mythos of early humanity. You find comfort in the idea that GOD if GOD exists is at best unknowable. See? This is why need to get away from EvC and work on my own projects. Perhaps I do have an inner fear that there might be no God, but in my belief were there no God,Creation, physical matter, and the very universe itself would also not exist. God is far more than a human concept.
I have already denounced all demons. Ain't no such thing as demons.
Fair enough.
All I do is invite people to read what the Bible says.
Oh DO you now? Fair enough.
Vine's Expository Dictionary of Biblical Words writes:
DEMON, DEMONIAC
1. daimon NT:1142, "a demon," signified, among pagan Greeks, an inferior deity, whether good or bad. In the NT it denotes "an evil spirit." It is used in Matt 8:31, mistranslated "devils."
Some would derive the word from a root da--, meaning "to distribute." More probably it is from a similar root da--, meaning "to know," and hence means "a knowing one."
2. daimonion NT:1140, not a diminutive of daimon, No. 1, but the neuter of the adjective daimonios, pertaining to a demon, is also mistranslated "devil," "devils." In Acts 17:18, it denotes an inferior pagan deity. "Demons" are the spiritual agents acting in all idolatry. The idol itself is nothing, but every idol has a "demon" associated with it who induces idolatry, with its worship and sacrifices, 1 Cor 10:20-21; Rev 9:20; cf. Deut 32:17; Isa 13:21; 34:14; 65:3,11. They disseminate errors among men, and seek to seduce believers, 1 Tim 4:1. As seducing spirits they deceive men into the supposition that through mediums (those who have "familiar spirits," Lev 20:6,27, e. g.) they can converse with deceased human beings. Hence the destructive deception of spiritism, forbidden in Scripture, Lev 19:31; Deut 18:11; Isa 8:19. "Demons" tremble before God, James 2:19; they recognized Christ as Lord and as their future Judge, Matt 8:29; Luke 4:41. Christ cast them out of human beings by His own power. His disciples did so in His name, and by exercising faith, e. g., Matt 17:20.
Acting under Satan (cf. Rev 16:13-14), "demons" are permitted to afflict with bodily disease, Luke 13:16. Being unclean they tempt human beings with unclean thoughts, Matt 10:1; Mark 5:2; 7:25; Luke 8:27-29; Rev 16:13; 18:2, e. g. They differ in degrees of wickedness, Matt 12:45. They will instigate the rulers of the nations at the end of this age to make war against God and His Christ, Rev 16:14.
So explain to me what the Bible actually says about demons.
Liar. I have told you many times that I didn't "reject" Christianity. It died a natural death, like the Tooth Fairy.
Note how you call me (and the apologists and much of the church) the liars.
Yet what does the Bible say? Shall we go there?
Jesus, speaking to the unbelieving Jews writes:
You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father's desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies. 45 But because I tell the truth, you do not believe me.
You and jar call truth a lie and you twist what most believers see as truth and call it(the scripture itself) according to how YOUR Daddy sees it. But it was he who was a liar from the beginning. The snake may be but a metaphor, but it reflects the character of your teachings.

Textual Examinbation In Overall Context
goldenlight writes:
4. it means that your bible has been mixed with lies and that a large part of it became demonic or unclean (not as originally written) and needs to become cleanse again.
So how would we know what is truth and what is lies? If you or I rewrote the text would it be the same as if we reinterpreted it?
Is it possible that someone can read the text as written and yet twist or distort the meaning through their own interpretations?

Re: What religions and dogs have in common . . they are told what to do by the man
Do you think or believe that GOD if God exists really cares about what we call Him? I believe that He was made known to us through Jesus Christ (and yes this goes for everybody no matter what you call your gods) but I believe He is fully capable of knowing our hearts and inner motives and would only care what we called Him and what we wanted from Him or offered TO Him.
I don't believe that GOD is a concept of such depth and power that it(He) is beyond Jesus...but I also believe that even Jesus as God judges the thoughts motives and intentions of the human heart. (Him being human, after all)
What do YOU think, LNA?(and by the way I meant to ask the topic author.)

There is enough evidence that the bible was changed to demonic mis-translations.
I would cautiously agree except to say that the enemy(other spirit which also operates through many humans) tried to sabotage the scriptures and writings yet was largely unsuccessful. The church councils got rid of the heresy such as Gnosticism, Arianism, and other corrupted New Age mumbo jumbo that any believer can discern upon study and reflection.
\In the recent thousand years the very badly revised and corrected sentences called biblical that have been offered for the World do not look in no way friendly and fair, but very egotistical, bipolar and unrighteous.
Yes there are some parts of the modern Bible that reflect the culture of that day which was no more perfect and likely far more biased and prejudiced than our current culture.(in some ways)
What if the government starts judging every man for his belief ... Would you call it righteousness?
Not at all. The government has no right to judge (and thus tax) my giving, nor do they have a right to insist that I be Christian or Atheist. There is not now nor should be a unified global standard for morality beyond laws designed to protect basic human rights...but even this is a slippery slope. Free speech vs indoctrination, for example.(or for you, Tangle...Transformation )
The foundation of christianism, which is founded in redemption or Redentione (a Roman doctrine that believes in payment of a price in exchange for forgiveness) is demonic,
I would of course challenge that assumption and ask what foundational worldview are *you* coming from? You of course have a right to your opinion or belief, but I have every right to challenge it.

The whole war between the atheist and the theist comes down to this: the atheist believes a 'what' created the universe; the theist believes a 'who' created the universe.

The most difficult subjects can be explained to the most slow-witted man if he has not formed any idea of them already; but the simplest thing cannot be made clear to the most intelligent man if he is firmly persuaded that he knows already, without a shadow of a doubt, what is laid before him.
