no video. camera is trained outside cell. there are two things. if he was on suicide watch, it would have been humanly impossible to commit suicide, in strait jacket with paper sheets and no way to hang from anything, steel frame bed but no way to move it. Just because he was on suicide watch at one point in time doesn't mean he's on suicide watch for the rest of his natural life. Eventually everyone, by law, has to be taken off suicide watch once they've been deemed to be stabilized. So we shouldn't automatically assume that he was necessarily at the time of his death. Also, straight jackets aren't used anymore. Its a padded room with a tear-proof smock.
if he was taken off suicide watch, why? Because there are Constitutional provisions preventing cruel and inhumane punishment.
and no checks. inmates and COs alike, also high ranking police officers, are being quoted as saying it would be impossible for him to commit suicide. Who said there were no checks? I'm assuming you believe he was murdered. If we're talking impossibilities, it would be impossible for somebody to access him without being noticed. If it was a rogue guard or two then the administration would find out. The cameras are on secure servers. Your only other option is that high up in the administration had him killed, in which case, it would be pretty easy to launch an investigation and determine why the footage was conveniently scrubbed. Then you have the collusion factor which means multiple people must have been in on it for the murder theory to pan out and there's no way a secret like that isn't going to leak. Its easy to let the imagination run wild... but when you really stop to think of how it could be done successfully, it falls apart. the guards were asleep, the sheets were real, despite a recent Epstein "suicide" attempt (which according to Epstein was a "rough up" from his ex-Westchester cop muscle freak cellmate, which earned his cellmate off suicide watch). so by all accounts he should have been given the paper thin sheets. the conditions and procedurals for Epstein of the prison were fucky.
these facts alone are extremely suspicious. the damning evidence is that the suicide in such stark a facility must have had to be complicated. a billionaire who did little for himself can mount a complicated suicide. yet he told friends he was not suicidal? his former bodyguard claims Epstein was "helped" to suicide. he was at least coerced to suicide. if bhill Clinton is reading this, I am in no way implying you offed your bud Epstein. please do not murder me like seth rich et al. these facts alone are extremely suspicious. Where are you getting your "facts?" None of these have been released because you never want to release too much information during an active investigation. The only thing released was the autopsy report, which has already ruled it as a suicide. You're listening to speculation and calling it fact. Don't. It has been announced that the US will not give the Flu vaccine to detained immigrants even though cases of flu and even deaths have occurred.
Just another example of the planned cruelty policy of the Trump Administration. The man is simply unfit to even be in polite company.

Simply applying lessons learned from the British concentrations camps in the Boer War c. 1900 where 26,000 Afrikaans women and children died in the overcrowded camps from malnutrition, lack of sanitation, and disease.
Everybody knows what's going to happen because of this. When Trump is removed from office and has to pay for his many continually mounting crimes, who will have dibs on him? The Feds? SDNY? The World Court for crimes against humanity? Edited by dwise1, : Pondering Trump's legal future.

Since Denmark refuses to sell Greenland, he’s cancelled a meeting with the Danish PM. So, America’s reputation sinks another notch.

Trump should just claim a piece of Greenland, like Canada did. That's a pretty sweet island. (Notice the layers, Faith.)

(To Hyroglyphx: I'm just continuing the subthread, not replying to anything you said)
Many might have assumed that since Trump said it that it must not be true, but it turns out it is: Denmark subsidizes Greenland to the tune of around $700 million a year. What was untrue is Trump's implication that this is a significant drain on Denmark's economy. It isn't. $700 million is about 0.2% of Danish GDP. The $700 million is around $12000 for every man, woman and child in Greenland, and it funds about half the Greenland government, which in turn uses it to fund about 40% of the jobs in Greenland, where typically unemployment is on the higher side, recently around 9% and with many potential workers simply not looking. The US does not pay Denmark anything for the airbase at Thule. This is from the 1951 treaty made in the shadow of WWII while Denmark was still recovering:
quote: Perhaps Denmark should consider withdrawing from the treaty and begin negotiating with the United States for just compensation. Purchasing Greenland makes sense given its proximity, its strategic value, and its mineral resources which will over time become more and more accessible, but as in most things, the way Trump went about it has made a total hash of things, again alienating a close ally and damaging our image around the world. --Percy

...as long as it's the Democrats in charge.
From the New York Times:
Budget Deficit on Path to Surpass $1 Trillion Under Trump Democrats in charge: deficits come down, but Republicans scream about out of control spending. Republican in charge: budget deficit explodes, Republicans now remarkably complaisant. Lather. Rinse. Repeat. It says something about the qualities of our current president that the best argument anyone has made in his defense is that he didn't know what he was talking about. -- Paul Krugman
