If Trump wins the most votes but Warren is selected by the Electoral College who should be sworn in as President?
Warren, as required by law.
If Fox News reports that Trump won the general election but other sources report that Warren won, who should be sworn in as President?
Where is the Electoral College vote? That is the determinator.
If Trump is Impeached and Convicted should he leave office?
If, when, as soon as he is convicted by the Senate, Mike Pence will be the President as required by law. No waiting period, no delay.
If Trump and Barr and Pence and Pompeo are all Impeached and Convicted should they all step down?
They will not need to "step down". If, when, as soon as any or all are convicted by the Senate they no longer hold their positions. Immediate. No delays.
If both Trump *and* Pence are convicted things get interesting. Timing is everything.
Trump first then Pence assumes office (immediately upon announcing the vote by the Senate). The Congress then can name the new VP.
If Pence first then the Congress can name the new VP who would be president when Trump is convicted.
If both happen before the Congress names the new VP then Pelosi becomes President and the Congress can name the the new VP.

Actually, Taq, other than the Chief Justice being the presiding officer over the Senate during the trial the Judiciary will have no other part in the process.
This is a political process not a judicial one. Only if someone challenges the law will it become an issue in the courts.

The oath is a constitutionally required formality for someone already charged with the office. They are president as soon as the law says they are regardless of having sworn the required oath.
However, the oath must be taken before the new president can exercise their powers. A strict formality and one of those hair splits. The office of president follows the law not the oath. The power follows the oath.
Also, the Constitution *does not* require a federal judge or justice to administer the oath. If the new president so chose he/she could have their favorite Starbucks barista administer the oath.

Now you're talking coup.
The Constitution does not address such an event.
I should think the Supremes wouldn't be necessary since the new president would have the actual constitutional power to have the federal marshals remove the usurper, bodily if necessary, from his Oval Office. And I don't think the Secret Service would object since their charge would now be the protection of the new president.
