What on earth does that have to do with Biden's bragging about pressuring a foreign government into firing a prosecutor?

Yes, I was looking for the clip I'd heard so many times on the radio of Biden bragging about withholding aid if Ukraine didn't fire a particular prosecutor. When I finally found it I didn't notice the source, it didn't matter to me. But it doesn't matter to me. Heard on the radio this morning -- that's all, just something I heard so don't demand evidence yet please -- that the prosecutor in the Ukraine has come out and said that it was Biden who got him fired and although he has been called corrupt that's a lie, he was investigating corruption.Oh, and the whole Mueller investigation was a hoax and Comey knew it, and it's probably going to come out eventually that he committed crimes himself in bringing it about.

Choice between your sources and mine I go with mine.And the Mueller investigation found some stuff to prosecute totally unrelated to its reason for existing. The whole thing about finding something to pin on Trump, the whole thing about Russian collusion by Trump or his campaign team, was a big fat indefensible and probably illegal fishing expedition and there are people connected to it who should be prosecuted but in the Democrats' current condition of third world/Fascist-Communist type corruption probably won't be.

We need to know who that "somebody" was.

There was no "corrupt intent" in firing Comey, that's what I said. And since he could fire Comey for any reason whatever your "corrupt intent" is a bunch of baloney anyway.I have no idea what you mean about Biden.Edited by Faith, : No reason given.

The firing of Comey did not affect the investigation in any way at all, let alone stop it. The comparison is bogus.And Comey lied to Trump and leaked stuff he shouldn't have.

I thought you said Biden supposedly had Shokin fired to stop an investigation, so what ARE you talking about? In any case Trump had no such motive and it didn't stop the investigation. Give it up. Hard as you all work to find corruption in Trump's doings there is none.

Biden bragged about threatening Ukraine with the withdrawal of aid if they didn't fire the prosecutor. Trump fired Comey because he lied and leaked information. I see no comparison.

That's just Democrat spin. It really isn't at all clear that the firing was for any other reason than that the prosecutor WAS investigating matters relating to Biden's son. And there is no reason to believe the prosecutor was corrupt either. And the whole accusation of Trump is nuts, but maliciously nuts the way all the stuff against him has been.
