Without spirituality you have nothing, hence your bitter, angry, derisive, cynical nature...and the flaws in your physics only science.

Facts are just facts "God did it" is not an argument. It is an excuse for intellectual laziness. If your viewpoint has merits and facts to back it up why would you have to lie?

I think you are wrong. And there is no "religion" in my posts. Except to define "religion".
Did you know that just because a thread is begun you don't have to participate in it if you don't like it? Edited by Captcass, : No reason given.

That's obviously not true. Those theories are fairly new themselves; they replaced older theories that they contradicted.
In cosmology, the mainstream journals will not publish anything that contradicts BB and expanding universe theories. Captcass writes:
"Proven" is not a concept that science uses. Those theories are the best explanations that we have so far - and they have been tested as rigorously as possible. They serve those theories like they are already proven, just as many here take them as gospel truth. If cranky ideas are rejected it's because they do not measure up to scientific rigor.
Captcass writes:
Yes. It is. Duh. It is also very difficult to get into the mainstream journals... It's hard to get into Harvard. It's hard to get elected President. It's hard to climb Mount Everest.
Captcass writes:
It's an easy way to do something that should be hard - like buying a diploma online or taking a bus to the summit of Mount Everest or being born King of England. The easier it is to accomplish the goal, the less it is worth.
... hence the advent of vixra.org, a simple repository for new papers on all kinds of subjects.....

This isn't Family Feud. We don't chant, "Good answer! Good answer!" in reply to every post. One of the main reasons we reply to threads is to point out the errors. Did you know that just because a thread is begun you don't have to participate in it if you don't like it? And make no mistake: I get more flak from the people who agree with me than I do from the cranks I complain about. That's our approximation of peer review.

This is the peer review your ramblings should have been subjected to before it was "published".

The guy is obviously trolling. We've had similar trolls pass through EVC in the past. They try to utilize impressive sounding information, which upon scrutiny, is little more than gibberish. Our resident expert in QM (Son Goku) has basically already stated as much with regards to the veracity of this guy's claims. Heck, RAZD already demonstrated that Captcass doesn't even understand how infinity works. I am all for a good laugh, but I concur that this thread is obviously not scientific in nature. Might need to be moved to a religious forum.

Well, I finally went and perused your other threads and topics.
I won't being doing a spiritual thread and you folks can shift this where you like. I don't care what category you put it in. Seems it is the same small group of people posting in all the threads and, surprisingly for me, I don't see any science threads. I am also not a Christian, so it would not be appropriate for me to participate in your Christian threads. I would just get the same abuse I get in this one. Something I am sure Jesus would approve of, him being such a judgemental guy... So. In leaving, I would just say this: I came here hoping to hopefully discuss and enlighten and was despised and greeted with derision, instead of conversation. Sad. I would suggest, if you want to know about "religion" and the great faiths, and the real magic and power in this world, that you visit my "symbolofunity" site. I certainly won't be discussing it here. So, BiBi, folks, wish I could say you've been good hosts..... But even in the spiritual threads you treat each other rotten and fail to see the brotherhood, the oneness, of us all.... You are blind in both spirit and science. I don't like places like this, which is why I went to sea for 27 years. If anyone needed to see, it is all of you folks. For the Christians, I suggest you follow him instead of worshiping him. He was a Jew. He told the healed lepers to go to the temple and follow the rituals.... (No, I don't follow rituals. I am also not a Jew.) The Romans deified him in 300AD (Council of Trent) and then obliterated all the other sects, including the writings of the original 12 disciples. What, you think no one wrote down what they said? The Romans liked to make gods of men, especially when it suited their purpose, and you are just continuing to practice that paganism. In deifying Jesus, the Romans stole his message from you; that, as I have said, you are all the Creator's children. You can live in Jesus' world (I do) if you simply do what he said: Love the Creator with all your heart and soul and realize the kingdom he lived in lies within you - It is all manifested from the Creator within, not the apparent physics without. This is the golden nugget at the core of all the great faiths. It is what all the Founders knew..... Of course the Creatorless here know better, and much more, than the 90-95% of humanity that believe in ....... If any of you want to communicate with me directly via email, it is fine with me, but I am fairly sure I am done here.... I can't believe you folks don't get the infinity thing. Everyone else does.... Oh, well..... As I see you all as kin, and studied all I did for you, I wish you all the best. (I'm sure that should get some snide responses) See ya. PS: It is Creational Evolution: Polar bears didn't turn white by "chance", they turned white because the greater life within, manifesting the polar bear from within, "realized" there was an advantage in being white. (PLEASE - no white "privilege" comments! - Yes I saw your political threads, too, which, from my point of view, have no place in either a science or spiritual forum. Political forum, yes. Here, no.) PPs: For you Biblical scholars, why was Moses 40 years, Noah 40 days and nights, Jesus 40 days, and, any other 40's in there? Because in the Old Testament, "40" just means "long time". Did Joshua's trumpets fell the walls of Jericho? Only in that his noisy parade removed the guards from the gates (who went up on the walls to see the show), so the agents he had enter the city slowly over time could open the gates for his army to rush through. Who was Adam's first wife in Genesis? Lilith. What happened to her? Is that why men have an even number of ribs on both sides? Who the hell did Cain have to fear and where did all those people come from he lived with? Think they lived a long time back then? 600 "years" divided by the 12 moons in a year = 50 of our years. Think giants lived back then? Sorry, dino bones they found.... Moses crossed the reeds area at the end of the Great Bitter Lake. He couldn't have made it to the Red Sea in the time allotted and there are mountains running from the GBL south to the Red Sea. Pharaoh would have overtaken him as his people were burdened with their stuff and on foot, while Pharaoh's army was in chariots. A strong north wind that would rise in the mid-day (seasonally common there) would blow the water out of the marsh and allow him to cross mid-day. "The north wind dies with the sun", something we seaman know and is common knowledge amongst people who know the weather, and Pharaoh's army got mired in the mud in the evening.... If it seems too outrageous, like Moses parting the Red Sea, or trumpets felling walls, it is. Instead of studying the Bible, become Biblical scholars. They are not the same. Occam's razor applies....Hence, my model. Bi Edited by Captcass, : No reason given. Edited by Captcass, : No reason given. Edited by Captcass, : No reason given.
