all those other religions have ways to avoid hell (essentially: do what we tell you to do), christianity isn't unique in that regard.

There is a Buddhist Hell as wlel as the hell of reincarnation, which is one form of punishment in those religions since they may come back as an animal or even an insect.

What is it? How does it correlate with the christian hell? When you talk about the christian hell what are you talking about? Is it the hell of the bible or the one contrived by theologians and apologists? Can you describe this hell?

Actually FUD. Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt. Tell folk there is a Hell and then offer to save them from what you tell them exists. According to a picture I posted here some time back the Buddhist hell looks quite a bit like the Christian idea of hell, a bunch of demonic beings threatending a bunch of naked (clearly Asian by the way) people with pitchforks.
