First define what a species is to you. Would for example egg laying reptiles to live birth reptiles do it for you, or are you going to move the goal post.

Why not just include all fungi as a species, all animals as a species, all plants as a species. it should make it easier for you to defend your silly ideas about evolution.

I know some characteristics can be suppressed such as the bird legs and feathers in penguins. Told you just say there are only 3 species, fungi, plant and animal so you dont run in to these sort of problems.

You dont need a bottleneck for evolution to work, sure its faster that way but an entire species can evolve too. It need not start with a single pair that cant breed with its parent species. A beneficial gene can be distributed trough an entire existing species. species aa gets a beneficial mutation ab, As an ab breeds with an aa it makes several aa and several ab, since ab-s have an advantage they get to breed more, if they breed with an ab they make just ab-s, if they breed with an aa they make aa-s and ab-s but as we know the ab-s outcompeate the aa-s sooner or later the whole aa species is replaced by ab-s.

I was talking about the emigration of a smallish number of individuals from a parent population to form a new daughter population in reproductive isolation. And a shorter way to say that would be???

So you are claiming that at a certen point a species would no longer be able to change because of a loss in genetic diversity if they are separated from the pack? Um soo... how do asexual organism change/evolve then? From the moment they are borne they are separated from their populations genome, they cant exchange chromosomes or genes as they do not have sex. And given that their life cycles are shorter even in a 6000 year old universe they should have run out of genetic diversity and be unable to change/evolve, and yet they do. Could it be that mutations play a larger role than you think?

You claimed that the changes we see are do to a loss of genetic diversity, when species undergoes a bottleneck. Well asexual beings go trough a bottleneck at birth. Each is an island un to its own, and yet they keep evolving/changing. How?
