Evolution doesn't "give permission" for anything; it has nothing to do with right or wrong. Evolution is pure mechanical. It just does what works, like "rightie-tightie, leftie-loosie".

Religion, on the other hand, gives you permission to do whatever (you think) your God tells you to do.
