Re: Doing the Job
Still, we are talking about something other than a few Mexican lettuce-cutters coming in to work for a few years who will then go home, or German employees of multinationals working in offices in Chicago or Los Angeles for a few years before being rotated to another position.
We are talking about a substantial population of individuals who have a very different stake in the United States than that of citizens of the country.

This is you fucking president saying this! Please, please don't defend this. Please have some values.

Je suis Charlie. Je suis Ahmed. Je suis Juif. Je suis Parisien. I am Mancunian. I am Brum. I am London.I am Finland. Soy Barcelona

No, it's just pointing out that you are not supporting your claim that 'both sides do it.'. I accept your inability to show your claim is true.

Please don't spam this thread. I know you don't like Joe Biden but show some respect for other threads just as you expect respect for yours.

  • Please stay on topic for a thread. Open a new thread for new topics.
  • Points should be supported with evidence and reasoned argumentation.
  • The sincerely held beliefs of other members deserve your respect. Please keep discussion civil. Argue the position, not the person.

No worries. Hopefully before the new year we will see all of the Trump family as well as a significant portion of the Republican Senate and House members behind bars.

i think it's important to note that joe biden is not catholic, was denied holy communion by a priest nine months ago, because of his legislative stance on funding the murder of the unborn.
he also officiated at a gay wedding which is not catholic.
sad that the shitlibs have distorted roman catholicism so far as to say that joe biden is a good catholic
    he's a fraud not a catholic.
he won't even make it to the gate.
you can not be roman catholic and prochoice
    christ is PROLIFE
    he is LIFE
    IF HE WAS ABORTED
    WE WOULD BE IN HELL
    WITH BIDEN

    Spy Vs Spy
I warned you before not to spam this thread---it is intended to be more of a political thread than a religious one, though I do note that while jar and a few other Biden supporters predict (and hope) that Trump and his inner circle are locked up and in prison (just as Trump at one time wanted old Hillary Clinton locked up )
You seem intent on hating what Biden stands for based on the assertion that he is
  • Not a Catholic and was chastised by an actual Priest
  • Is Pro-Choice and is representing the Liberal side of politics.
Then you attack the Liberals for trashing Catholicism. The other side attacks the Conservatives for betraying the "people"...though nearly half of these people voted for them. So in essence what we have is not a case of good versus evil in regards to political parties and ideologies. What we have is a search for evil within the human spirit and human condition.
Were I moderating a room of voters from both political parties, I would ask everyone WHO they saw as the enemy within the human condition. Is it simply Conservatism? Is it Liberalism? Is it Christianity? Catholicism? Atheism? Secular Humanism? The second question I would ask them collectively is what course should America take for the next decade and why?
I would say that my belief is basically what I was taught through scripture.
    Ephesians 6:12 ESV writes:
For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.

Behind Bars. The CCCP should all be locked up too.
Not to sound too Pro Republican, but I tend to lean more Conservative than I do Liberal duee to the hope that at least some Conservatives worship the Creator of all seen and unseen through His Son Jesus Christ and not simply the puny God that is on the money. The Liberals by and large seem less Christian to me...they are all kum-ba-yah secular humanists and globalists.
We all are swayed by emotion and poisoned by disinformation, however.
The Battle Against Disinformation Is Global
You once accused me of creating the God that I want. Perhaps that charge carries some truth to it. I dont know if I would be content with a God Who wants the already beleaguered Middle Class to give all that they have to help the poor...of not just the US but the whole World!
Trump or Biden, which candidate does China want in the White House?. Interesting. So China basically goes with Biden while Russia again wants to use Trump as their puppet of choice. Or maybe he just owes them money for cheap loans...I really don't know.
I really do need to learn to think more and react less based on raw emotion.

It is strange how people can have such diametrically opposed viewpoints. Conservatives are all about money. Their objection to almost any proposal brought forward by Democrats is that it will cost too much. Conservatives attack things like welfare, food stamps, and Medicaid in order to preserve massive tax cuts for the richest Americans. If Jesus were here today, would he support the idea of taking away help for the poor in order for the rich to keep more of their money?

For many of Trump's base, that's a plus. For them, the Pope is the Anti-Christ.
