I don't agree.
That is, in some sort of "absolutely everybody" sense.
Spiritual growth is a subjective concept.
Therefore, there will be different answers for almost everyone.
Many of those answers will be able to fit in the "thinking through and working through the questions..." pool.
In which case - you'd be right.
Of course, simply by nature of being a subjective concept, many answers will not fit in that pool.

Spiritual growth (a part of "mental health") is a personal matter. Such answers will necessarily need to be calibrated to the individual.
