jar is obviously not a cat lover as is Moose. His impolite reference to yawning is an ego attachment disorder.
Personally, I think that cat populations should be limited by the governing officials in urban areas in the interest of public safety but only in numbers exceeding ten. As for those who own (or care for) less than 10, they should be required to have the cats medically fit and safe having had necessary shots and kept in a clean quartered environment. Apart from that, there should be no rules. The bottom line is the safety of the other pets and people in the immediate vicinity. What other concerns are important?

LNA goes through times where he simply wants conversation
Obviously, Moose promoted the topic, and that in and of itself validates its existence and refutes any notions of "silliness" or irrelevance.
Were it left up to you as an administrator we would have lots of topics of gun collections, pens, and Baltimore memories.
jar, to myself writes:
And so you continue to make utterly stupid comments.
I will readily admit that I can be a train wreck at times.
Remember Jon? He once suggested that I am the only EvC Member preoccupied and even obsessed with topics about myself.
Lamark, by contrast, is simply bored and wants some conversation.
You could at least comment to him something positive about his topic or say nothing at all. Your "yawn" shows that you think of yourself better than he about relevant topics. What if he yawned at your pen collection?
