When I post about my pen collection he is certainly free to yawn.
The topic is not about cats or dogs but rather about the limits of what a political body might apply.
Surprisingly as anyone who has any knowledge of US politics should know, there is a mechanism that is designed to address just that question. In the case of cities and towns there are multiple mechanism including but not limited to voting, speaking at public hearings, letters to the editor, peaceful protests as well as intentional disregard of the law as an open protest.
What I think about what some other political entity does or does not do that does not entail endanger humans or human rights is quite honestly irrelevant.
