I came across the first few links on another site and thought it worth bringing them here. Apparently even Biblical Archaeologists tend to question this crew. They aren’t as bad as Ron Wyatt (about the lowest bar imaginable) - but it doesn’t look like they’re worth taking seriously.I have to admit that I was a bit dubious about an impact wiping out a major settlement. I should have listened to that feeling more.
