A lame excuse is still just a lame excuse. URL's are in text format. You can type the URL. If you have trouble on your phone wait until you you are on a device that you can add the URL before you post unsupported assertions.
If you won't do that then give the title of the article, date, and where you found it. Accurately quote what you think supports your claims. If you can't do any of that don't make the claim. I suspect the article if it does exist, does not support your claims.
What can be asserted without evidence can also be dismissed without evidence.

What kind of phone do you have? What is the OS? If there is no URL there is no website. I am sure you could find and share the url if you tried just a little tiny bit.

What is the title of the article? Did you find it on the Reuters website? You still provide no evidence that it supports your conclusions. Please quite the article. This is the same info you provided before.
