I didn't mean any courts at all. If you follow the conversation back, we were discussing the community or "commune" of Jesus and His disciples. They were on an honor system.

Non sequitur. You seem to be having a lot of trouble understanding a simple concept: What we're discussing here is ONLY the honor system that Jesus and His disciples and camp-followers used in disbursing their collective personal resources. Everything outside their group is irrelevant.
