I assume this is a comment on the new PNT by USA 1776.It is nonsense.As far as I know, the "Green New Deal" has always been about climate change. It was never about the Ozone hole.He thinks the Ozone hole idea is refuted, because it isn't really a hole, it is only a thinning of the ozone layer. And it is partially caused by meteorological conditions.I don't know which rock he has been living under, but we always knew this.
