As a person ages God (Mother Nature) starts to remove that person from the planet. Even before a person is born God will abort a bad mistake. If the cells of the unborn while being form go haywired, God will stop the growing of the unborn human and cause an early birth. Under normal conditions the baby dies.
If the that early pre-mature does not dies, but lives long enough to produce offspring, then problems with the next generation occurs. Usually it is in the form of ill health.
In American and the wealthy nations they are creating a nation of people who suffer from ill health. Like just breathing air gives them problems. Even a common ground fog will cause these people to suffer.
Their suffering will carry on to the next generation they produce.
Many of the pooer nations do not have this problem, and are producing a better population.
The choice is hard to make on one hand. A 100 years ago the early births were allow to die.
