Well, an ancestor-relative, to be more precise.
I know that a few of these "jaw-bones to ear-bones" fossils have been found before, but this seems a particularly good illustrative transitional. It has a feature called "Meckel's cartilage" which we modern mammals still have as embryos, but which disappears as we mature.

You'd think that after awhile the folk supporting Creationism or Intelligent OTJ Designers would get the hint.
