Apparently it's been over 3 years since I last logged in and posted anything, although I have tried logging in on occasion but couldn't remember my password AND the email I used is inactive so resetting it would have been pointless. In any case, I managed to hack my own account. Hopefully I will remember it.
I don't really have any plans to stay here for the long term, but it's nice to pop in once in awhile for old times sake. I see that a lot of things have changed (Buzsaw passed away, my old nemesis Crashfrog is inactive) and some things seem to never change (Faith is still suspended, no doubt for flipping out about something).
I was looking back at some really old posts and reminiscing on some of the more contentious topics we have debated and I'm marveling on how much my worldview has evolved (pun not intended) over the years.
Anyhow, just wanted to say hi to some old friends and wish you well.

Welcome back. If you've identified a security hole I'd appreciate knowing about it.

Our old Nemesis!
I'm marveling on how much my worldview has evolved (pun not intended) over the years.
Hope you are still a believer! We have kept up our arguments in that topic, and it seems Ringo joined jars "Logic,Reason,Reality" side...preaching that its all about what you do---God or no God. The atheists (Tangle,DWise1, Straggler, and PaulK) have nearly successfully convinced the peanut gallery that Religions are a cultural aberration and that God as we know Him does not exist.
Briefly summarize how your worldviews have changed, if you have the time. I would be interested in seeing how you changed.

Chance as a real force is a myth. It has no basis in reality and no place in scientific inquiry. For science and philosophy to continue to advance in knowledge, chance must be demythologized once and for all. —RC Sproul

Well all the evidence shows that religions are just cultural aberrations whether god(s) exist or not and that all the examples of "God as we know Him" are just human constructs that constantly change and evolve over time and audience.

Anyone so limited that they can only spell a word one way is severely handicapped!

My apologies, not hacked in a traditional sense. Just sat there and tried like 30 different passwords that I've used over the years until one worked

Good to see you again, Phat. I'm back to what I was originally before my Born Again conversion -- an agnostic. I am very critical of religion in a general sense, but accept that it has helped give some people meaning to their life which I accept.

Hi Nem, good to see you back!

The above ontological example models the zero premise to BB theory. It does so by applying the relative uniformity assumption that the alleged zero event eventually ontologically progressed from the compressed alleged sub-microscopic chaos to bloom/expand into all of the present observable order, more than it models the Biblical record evidence for the existence of Jehovah, the maximal Biblical god designer.
