Once they got off the ark how did animals become geographically isolated and why didn't any of them die on route(leaving very out of place remains i.e. a kangaroo in Thailand) on the way?

If you can reword this to address one new topic, perhaps the issue of geographic distribution of specific species, then I will gladly reconsider it.
